FAQ's

Prior to applying for a license or to reinstate a license the Missouri 24 Practice course must be taken. 

In class plan on completing various forms, learning when, what and why using each particular form. 

Various topics that will be covered are such as:  

• contract forms 

• working with buyers and sellers 

• financing 

• pricing property

• property types 

• safety 

• standards of practice 

• fair housing, etc.

Forms used for class are Kansas City Regional Association approved.
